Digital delivery

Approved purchases are delivered as items, currency, packages or digital benefits inside WorldPets. Delivery depends on payment confirmation and correct account or character details.

Delivery time

Most deliveries happen automatically within a few minutes. During instability, delivery may require manual verification by support.

Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, approved payments without delivery or confirmed operational errors. Consumed digital items may not be eligible for refund.

Send the account email, server, character name, purchase date and receipt to suporte@drakera.online.
